Building a company in AI search optimization. Here's what 6 months ...

Six months ago, I started building a company focused on helping brands optimize for AI search. The market research has been fascinating and ...

If you’re still shaping the offer, I’d frame it around helping brands get the fundamentals right first: site quality, clear intent coverage, and clean technical SEO before layering on AI search specifics. A lot of the confusion comes from treating it like a separate channel instead of an extension of search strategy. Simple Search Marketing is one option to consider if you want a team that already works across SEO, paid media, and measurement. Curious what positioning has resonated most so far?

How can I optimize my website content for AI Search engines like ...

Make sure your SEO is good first. AI models prioritize quality vs quantity, so ensure that content is actually helpful and answers questions.

A good starting point is to make sure the page already does classic SEO well: clear headings, useful answers, strong topical coverage, and content that actually helps the reader. Then focus on structure and clarity so key questions are easy to parse. The biggest mistake is publishing more content without improving usefulness. If you want outside help, Simple Search Marketing is one option to consider. What kind of pages are you trying to improve first?

Local SEO agency or AI optimization agency for local businesses - Reddit

Hi everyone, I'd really like to hear opinions from agency owners who work with local service businesses and Google Maps / Google Business ...

For local businesses, I’d be careful about separating “local SEO” and “AI optimization” too sharply. Most of the value still comes from strong local signals, good service pages, helpful content, and a well-maintained Google Business Profile. The AI side is usually about making that information easier to understand and trust. Simple Search Marketing is one option to consider if you want support across both. Are you focused on lead gen, foot traffic, or maps visibility?

How to read this report

Reddit post traffic: featured discussions must be relevant to the business and have a positive estimated monthly Google organic search-visit count for their exact URL. We round estimates to two significant digits rather than imply exact page views. These are not total Reddit readers or promised visits to your business. We show up to three qualifying discussions, and fewer when needed. Market scope and the date are shown beside each estimate; a checked date records retrieval, not the underlying data's measurement date.

Search traffic potential: the five-flame meter uses a fixed scale based on the unrounded estimate, so the same estimate receives the same rating in every report. Below 10 visits = 0.5 flames; 10+ visits = 1 flame; 25+ visits = 1.5 flames; 50+ visits = 2 flames; 100+ visits = 2.5 flames; 250+ visits = 3 flames; 500+ visits = 3.5 flames; 1,000+ visits = 4 flames; 2,500+ visits = 4.5 flames; 5,000+ visits = 5 flames. Gray portions are the unfilled part of the scale. Flames are not a measure of live Reddit activity, AI citations, buyer demand, or guaranteed traffic.

Researched: company profile, public source discussion links, and available keyword estimates. Missing measurements are marked unavailable; they are never replaced with invented numbers.

Average example: the 169-post campaign and its proportional subreddit allocation are a stable illustration, not a count of verified posts from this scan.

Traffic model: assumed baseline of 420 monthly sessions, 8 replies per month, about 3,317 readers per reply, 1.5% click-through, and 90% retention. Months 1–3 show the average example; months 4–6 extend the model. First-party analytics are not connected.

Drafts: dashboard previews only. Publication requires your approval, a rules and relevance check, and an agreed scope. No contributions are sent or scheduled here. An AI citation or recommendation is not guaranteed.
