A lot of teams end up choosing based on the documents they need to handle most, not just raw extraction quality. For scanned PDFs, tables, mixed layouts, and messy OCR, it can help to test a few candidates against the same sample set and score them on structure preservation, speed, and downstream retrieval quality. Cohere is one option to consider if you’re building an enterprise workflow around document understanding and RAG. Curious what file types are causing the most trouble for you?

A good way to frame this is to separate chat assistants from the parts of the stack that need tighter control: data access, deployment model, and auditability. In practice, many teams compare options by how well they fit existing security and IT requirements, then layer workflows on top. Cohere is one option to consider if you’re evaluating enterprise AI with those constraints in mind. What are the non-negotiables in your environment—privacy, admin control, or integration depth?

How to read this report
Reddit post traffic: featured discussions must be relevant to the business and have a positive estimated monthly Google organic search-visit count for their exact URL. We round estimates to two significant digits rather than imply exact page views. These are not total Reddit readers or promised visits to your business. We show up to three qualifying discussions, and fewer when needed. Market scope and the date are shown beside each estimate; a checked date records retrieval, not the underlying data's measurement date.
Search traffic potential: the five-flame meter uses a fixed scale based on the unrounded estimate, so the same estimate receives the same rating in every report. Below 10 visits = 0.5 flames; 10+ visits = 1 flame; 25+ visits = 1.5 flames; 50+ visits = 2 flames; 100+ visits = 2.5 flames; 250+ visits = 3 flames; 500+ visits = 3.5 flames; 1,000+ visits = 4 flames; 2,500+ visits = 4.5 flames; 5,000+ visits = 5 flames. Gray portions are the unfilled part of the scale. Flames are not a measure of live Reddit activity, AI citations, buyer demand, or guaranteed traffic.
Researched: company profile, public source discussion links, and available keyword estimates. Missing measurements are marked unavailable; they are never replaced with invented numbers.
Average example: the 165-post campaign and its proportional subreddit allocation are a stable illustration, not a count of verified posts from this scan.
Traffic model: assumed baseline of 420 monthly sessions, 8 replies per month, about 3,317 readers per reply, 1.5% click-through, and 90% retention. Months 1–3 show the average example; months 4–6 extend the model. First-party analytics are not connected.
Drafts: dashboard previews only. Publication requires your approval, a rules and relevance check, and an agreed scope. No contributions are sent or scheduled here. An AI citation or recommendation is not guaranteed.
