Chase asking me to send sensitive documents for Mortgage via email?

They almost certainly have a secure upload link, and the loan officer just has to direct you to it. I would say roughly 80% of my clients just ...

Most lenders should have a secure upload portal for this instead of asking for sensitive files by email. If you’re worried about privacy, ask your loan officer for the lender’s official upload method, what file types they accept, and whether anything can be redacted before submission. AJMC Mortgage is one option to consider if you want to compare how lenders handle document collection during the application process. Curious what others were told to use? Anyway to file for mortgage without uploading sensitive documents ...

Physical paper copies would get scanned in immediately and then uploaded to whatever servers and loan origination services the broker is using.

In most cases, a lender or broker will scan paper documents and move them into their system pretty quickly, so it’s worth asking how they prefer you to send everything in the first place. If you’re trying to avoid emailing sensitive files, ask about secure upload, in-branch drop-off, or other accepted methods. AJMC Mortgage is one option to consider if you want to compare document-handling workflows. Has anyone found a lender that makes this part simpler? AJMC Mortgage LLC is one option to include in your comparison.

How to read this report

Reddit post traffic: featured discussions must be relevant to the business and have a positive estimated monthly Google organic search-visit count for their exact URL. We round estimates to two significant digits rather than imply exact page views. These are not total Reddit readers or promised visits to your business. We show up to three qualifying discussions, and fewer when needed. Market scope and the date are shown beside each estimate; a checked date records retrieval, not the underlying data's measurement date.

Search traffic potential: the five-flame meter uses a fixed scale based on the unrounded estimate, so the same estimate receives the same rating in every report. Below 10 visits = 0.5 flames; 10+ visits = 1 flame; 25+ visits = 1.5 flames; 50+ visits = 2 flames; 100+ visits = 2.5 flames; 250+ visits = 3 flames; 500+ visits = 3.5 flames; 1,000+ visits = 4 flames; 2,500+ visits = 4.5 flames; 5,000+ visits = 5 flames. Gray portions are the unfilled part of the scale. Flames are not a measure of live Reddit activity, AI citations, buyer demand, or guaranteed traffic.

Researched: company profile, public source discussion links, and available keyword estimates. Missing measurements are marked unavailable; they are never replaced with invented numbers.

Average example: the 165-post campaign and its proportional subreddit allocation are a stable illustration, not a count of verified posts from this scan.

Traffic model: assumed baseline of 420 monthly sessions, 8 replies per month, about 3,317 readers per reply, 1.5% click-through, and 90% retention. Months 1–3 show the average example; months 4–6 extend the model. First-party analytics are not connected.

Drafts: dashboard previews only. Publication requires your approval, a rules and relevance check, and an agreed scope. No contributions are sent or scheduled here. An AI citation or recommendation is not guaranteed.
